Celebrating Jackie Pride, 2026 Woman of Distinction
The Women of Distinction awards reflect the many ways women’s leadership shows up across Waukesha County, often through people who bring others into the work and create opportunities for broader involvement. These are the individuals who help translate intention into action, strengthening both organizations and the community they serve. In 2026, we are proud to recognize Jackie Pride as one of those individuals.
Introducing one of our 2026 Women of Distinction: Jackie Pride
Eaton’s communications and engagement manager, Jackie Pride, offers her skills to lead, organize, and champion efforts that strengthen our community and advance women. She embodies positivity, perseverance, and purpose.
When local nonprofits were seeking new board members, Jackie ensured that Eaton leaders were informed and connected, creating meaningful opportunities for women to give back and lead.
Jackie is quick to credit the grassroots efforts of her Eaton colleagues and their passion to improve the community. Jackie helps coordinate volunteer and philanthropic work with dozens of non-profits, including Family Promise, Hebron Housing, the Waukesha Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, The Women and Girls Fund, Easter Seals, The United Way, La Casa de Esperanza, Blessings in a Backpack, Katie’s Kloset, and area free clinics.
She’s trusted, authentic, inviting, and deeply committed to making Waukesha County a stronger, more equitable place to live and work, especially for vulnerable populations like women and girls.
And through the Waukesha County Business Alliance, Jackie works with Eaton’s Human Resources team to welcome students to Eaton’s facilities through its Schools2Skills program or provide them hands-on training at the Experience the Trades Expo to help them discover where their passions and strengths lie and to discover a wide range of career opportunities.
Jackie was named a “People to Know in Manufacturing” by the Business Journal in 2022, led Eaton’s United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County fundraising, and received the 2023 Future Maker Partner Award from Waukesha County Technical College and the Wisconsin Technical College System Board.
What truly distinguishes Jackie is the authenticity and consistency of her engagement. She’s a visible leader, a trusted partner, and a true friend to the community. She’s dedicated to lifting her professional team members and helping them rise alongside her. For Jackie, her profession is her passion, and her work is personal.
Jackie offers a rare blend of professional excellence, community stewardship, and collaborative vision – making her a force of nature that strengthens the Waukesha County community and beyond. The broader community is stronger because of her leadership and care.
