Meet Our Staff
NICOLE WAGNER
Executive Director
Nicole Wagner joined the Women and Girls Fund in January 2023. She has spent her career in the nonprofit arena and is particularly passionate about serving the Waukesha County community. She is personally committed to issues impacting women and girls and believes that empowering women and girls is a crucial way to improve our community. Nicole previously worked at Make-A-Wish Wisconsin for more than 16 years. Additionally, Nicole has worked for United Way of Waukesha County and the Mental Health Association of Waukesha County.
Nicole lives in Waukesha with her husband Luke who has lived in Waukesha County his entire life. They have three children, Hannah, Eli, and Jonah who are active in school and activities in the Waukesha community.
KATHERINE DIXON
Marketing and Events Coordinator
Katherine Dixon joined the Women and Girls Fund in January 2025. Her professional background is in marketing, content strategy, and education. Katherine moved to Wisconsin seven years ago to get her Masters degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and wanted to stay in the area permanently. She’s excited to support her community and the WGF’s mission.
