WGF moves the office to independent space.

WGF hosts its first annual Nine & Wine Golf Outing event.
Thomas and Betty Arndt Fund established.

WGF becomes its own organization and independent 501c3. 

15th Anniversary, $3M campaign announced. 
Beyond Foster Care Fund is established.  

New Hope Scholarship Fund is established.

First Executive Director is hired.

Kay Ruekert Lettenberger Endowed Fund for Alzheimer’s was established.

Advisory Council is created to engage key donors and alumni board members. 

First part-time staff is hired.

WGF Launches an anti-bullying symposium.

Betty Lou Tikalsky Women of Distinction Fund is established. ​
Fund exceeds $1 million in assets.

First seven grants are awarded within the Waukesha community for women and girls.

YWCA Leadership strives to conserve legacy of YWCA.
November 29, 2004. Judge J Mac David approves resolution from YWCA to establish WGF.
